Finger Method How to Boil Rice Perfect Every Time!

This is how I boil my rice and it always comes out perfect.
1) Rinse or wash rice to get most of the starch out
2) Add water to first joint on finger
3) Add to heat until pot starts to boil then reduce to a low simmer covered till all water is absorbed, test for moisture and fluffiness, about 15mins
