We LOVE Turkish Get-Up, but this movement can take some time and patience to develop.

When introducing the get-up to your clients, start from the ground and work up. As they master each phase, introduce them to the next one!

1️⃣Quarter TGU
2️⃣Quarter TGU + bridge
3️⃣Half TGU
4️⃣Full TGU

this a great exercise. I've been doing these pretty regularly over the past several months. I would recommend bending forward slightly at the waist and push through both feet in that final move to a standing position. Don't put all the effort through the forward knee. Use both legs.

Why complicate things? Why not to stand up and only then take the kettlebell?

Are those the common names of the steps?
From half it jumps to full;
But between quarter and half there’s a quarter+bridge… which could be really the half TGU…
I like the steps though
