You didn't drink enough water and/or have a full enough stomach (carbs are ideal...eat 3-4 slices of white bread if need be)

I'm 25, so maybe I don't know what's around the corner when it comes to hangovers. I used to get brutal ones though and I'm pretty sure I've literally cured them for myself anyway.
