I bought hyundai's most reliable car from 2000s

👏!! I have a 2013 Genesis coupe bk2 with the 3.8, and it's been very reliable for me. I've kept up the maintenance. Had it walnut blasted at 100k to clean the carbon out, replaced injectors, coil packs, plugs, and the radiator flushed. Figured I'd do that at the 100k mark, and she's now still purring at 142k. Slightly modded with long tube headers, Borla exhaust, and intake. I think Hyundai gets a bad rep for reliability because back then they were cheap, and the people that bought them didn't maintain them, or maybe couldn't afford to maintain them. Keep up the good work on the channel and interested to see what you do with that car

Congrats man! I was thinking about getting this before finding a really nice tiburon with low miles. I don't doubt you at all that these are reliable, but how do you find information on the reliability of these old hyundais given that there's not many out the anymore?

Hope it holds up well for yah. Any maintenance history on the transmission? Fluid ever changed? If it's never been changed it's probably a good idea not to even change it at all. I rarely see any of those cars on the road I can't even remember the last time I seen an azera anywhere out here
