Scotty when you peaked under your first Hood as a kid did you have any clue that years later you would be an internet Superstar? Life is crazy.

I bought a 2007 Lexus RX almost 3 years ago at 231, 000 miles. My husband was nice enough to not state any concerns of his, lol. Today it's almost at 300, 000 miles and I haven't had a single problem with it. Best car I've EVER bought.

I bought a '94 Crown Vic new. It lasted me over 400, 000 miles! What a car!

I cannot express how happy I am with this channel! I have never had anyone to explain anything about cars! This should be part of school education curriculum! Well done, Scotty! Faith in humanity restored!

I never realized how good Toyota was until 3 years ago when I bought a Corolla. I haven't had one single issue and it still runs like it did the day I drove it off the lot. I will buy another for sure and soon for my wife and son.

I've got 397k miles on my '97 4Runner. It has been the most reliable car I've ever owned. The original clutch wasn't changed until I had 325k miles on it. The original rear brakes lasted until 300k miles. Starter and alternator were replaced in the 240 to 260k mile range.

I love that quote, and I will try to work it into some conversations going forward… “rust never sleeps!” Words to live by. And Scotty thanks for all the videos, you’re a great guy and a great source of info on what to buy and what to look for for your average person who isn’t a mechanic but wants to know more about their vehicle. Best to you in Tennessee!
