This gave me really strong memories of when I was a litlle girl (around 17 years ago), my parents had a fancy dress party, and my mum (who usually doesn't do makeup) went all out and wore a little black dress (she might have been Betty Boop or something) and she had these fake eyelashes that had little dimantes like that all along the sticky band part. I was too young to stay up for the party but I remember watching her get ready and thinking she was the most glamorous woman in the world. Still do to be honest.
