I dealt with extreme anxiety attacks for decades. I completely eliminated my anxiety by switching to 100% Carnivore diet. I'm still not sure if it was the elimination of processed foods/plants or the ramp up of animal fats (cholesterol) which fed my brain what it needed in order to eliminate the anxiety. Either way, I'm 53YO and never felt better...

as a holistic rehab coach, I've been listening to Gary's nutrition and holistic healing messages for over a year now. The difference between me knowing something and me being certain is a function of my action. I know when I act immediately, I got it. And, I've been using methylated Bs for many years now and I ensure I have these available at home and take them. Life troubles are bad enough without nutritional problems. If you’re not familiar with the work of Dr. Abram Hoffer MD, PhD. He discovered the mthfr mutation in the 50’s, or I should say, he discovered the outcome of methylation dysfunction - and one of the simplest ways to correct methylation (niacin or B3, plus less side effects than SAMe). If niacin was discovered today, it would likely be classified as a protein.

10, 000 IU Vitamin D3 with 100 mg K2 per day caused the brain fog and deep depression to lift off of me in 3 days, after dealing with the darkness in my brain for 6 months after covid. Magnesium then made a world of difference in the anxiety that I've had all my life. Now I also take the methyl B & Niacinamide (B3); CoQ10 and Methelyne Blue which also helps me with clarity and energy.

Finally someone who speaks my language what he is saying is 100 percent true. I'm recoverying addict, pharma test dumby once i started eating healthy and getting better nutrients all my symptoms went away for multiple supposably "conditions/labels"

I would like to confirm if the symptoms i write now are related to anxiety: sudden, nervousness in the stomach followed by fear and a sped up heart rate, numbness in my feet and brain fog.If I measure my blood pressure at that moment, its really high. My neck and jaw get stiff, my ears beep and i have a fear induced urge to empty my bowels.

I put my teenage children with anxiety on smarty pants gummies. There is also substantial scientific data that also supports that a B12 deficiency causes scoliosis in kids with an MTHFR mutation. It’s believed from research that a B12 deficiency leads to a delayed nerve cell growth which leads to a shorter spinal cord which causes spinal column buckling since the spinal cord is in tension and the spinal column is in compression.

Thank you for your incredible education! Would you post the dosage amount/body weight for SAMe? I ordered my health report years ago when I tested my DNA (23 and me). Never really knew what to do with the information even though it had suggestions per marker. You have truly opened up a whole new world of information and I look forward to complimenting the DNA test with your blood analysis. 💜
