I would start the weld before or after the other weld never on the same plasce

Horseshoe the bottom on your cap works pretty good and don't forget the swirly on the button tie in and pull back to u won't leave a pin hole

Umm i hope you mean a 3 bead cap. You never have an even number of cap welds. Its 1, 3, 5 and so on
