I totally understand and agree. What l don't like is how people will be in front of the camera, showing how they are helping to feed the homeless. My thing is, where are they on Dec. 26, when those same people are hungry again. God said to feed the hungry, not just to try and show what a good person you are on that one day. God rewards us when we do good without everybody knowing about it.

Why people still stuck on what day Jesus was born, he did not come to settle dispute against people, he came to save people from their sin

I believe most Christian’s understand he was not born that day .. the 25 th was a day set to celebrate his birth. The problem is it has become commercialized and unbelievers have hi-jacked the celebration

I know Miss Faye, the Bible says that Shepard was in the field, so obviously it wasn't in the winter season. I think that ancient people wanted to put both holidays together. I'm not sure have to investigate more. Miss Faye some Christians don't celebrate, based on what the Bible says. I know and understand what you're saying God bless you for speaking out, but I still wish you a Happy New Year and hopefully this year will be more prosperous for everyone. Think about it. A man called Santa Claus dressed in red, reindeer that fly, he delivers toys to kids by going doen the fireplace chimney. We didnt even have a fireplace. We gave our kids the JC Penney toy book and let them pick what they wanted. They always knew WE bought their toys not some fictional white man in a red suit.

I read that it was most likely sometime In January actually. But I will continue to still celebrate Christmas, love the tradition of goodwill and spreading joy. Even though it should be daily, it is not especially nowadays.

I Agree with Ms Lady. In John 14:6 Jesus said, "i am the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE", which i take to mean that HiS way of life IS TRUTH! So if Dec 25th is NOT the truth...then it is a LIE! And I think we ALL know who the father of lies and confusion is because the Bible makes it plain. And John 4:24 says, God (Jesus) is SPIRIT, and those who WORSHIP HIM must WORSHIP HIM in SPIRIT and in TRUTH. And also the Word Of God makes it clear on how we should seek truth and follow it so we don't believe a lie.

When we celebrate Christmas, what does it matter if we are a few days out, what matters is his birth, believing, in him, sometimes we are to strict in our views with love to be open and flexable to others opions is I think a better way, listening is better .
