I hope this doesn’t sound rude at all, but I feel like this is super time consuming. It seems like you spent a lot of time in your bathroom working on your hair and skin. The results are incredible, I’m just wondering how often you do this and how long it actually takes?

I used to use Colgate, but now i strictly use Arm & Hammer toothpaste. I've noticed my teeth are whiter since using it. And i want to try the water flosser, instead of traditional floss or floss picks. Awesome video as always Audrey!

Hi Audrey, I loved your video. I'd like to ask you a question. When you dry your hair, do you apply heat protectant beforehand? Or only when you flat iron or curl it?

Hey there, thank you so much for taking your time to share all the good stuff. I have a quick question about the sun cream. Can I use the sun cream under my makeup ?

Teethcare advice, switch to traditional dental floss and use the loop method with about 18in of floss, second mouth wash before you brush, lastly after you brush spit the excess tooth paste then leave the remaining toothpaste and flouride on your teeth.

And 1 skincare tip brush before you cleanse as the bacteria from your mouth can cause perioral dermatitis which is acne around the mouth. And considering that you mentioned that you are acne prone, id make the simple swap.

When running your brush through your hair while simultaneously applying product, is that when you’ve already brushed your hair beforehand?

Also, when you used your Pantene clarifying did you use that twice and then go in with dove for a third shampoo?
