Thanks for this video Ashoori, I am trying to find out, You mentioned in STEP 1; about eligibility to be married. There's no AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT FORM mentioned, or does this form come after the FORM I-129f has been approved? is it no longer required? Or how does USCIS determine if the Petitioner is eligible to take care of the Beneficiary?
