Hi, I’m in the process of applying for k1 visa. We manage to meet those criteria but I’m afraid there maybe more that may stop my fiancé from coming to America with me, I flew over for the interview to be with my fiancé and I was asked about my criminal history, I’ve had 3 POM charges, one controlled substance and one felony - burglary of a building which I explained to them that, that was the first time I experienced symptoms of schizoaffective disorder, long story short I broke into a building to steal sticky notes. But regarding my other charges, my last one was 6 years ago for controlled substance. They kinda smiled when going through our timeline but they told us they would call us to let us know and now the suspense is getting to me. Would I need to do a good moral character application? Will my illness make us inadmissible?

My question is, if I have an abundance of evidence of us together in person from as far back as 2019, how much would you say is too much to submit? More simply put, is there an ideal number or range of provided pictures and other forms of appropriate evidence of meeting? For instance, would 10 photos and time stamps be too many?
