USCIS Fees

ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS PROCESS
Step by step to get your Marriage Green Card base on K1 Visa :
1. Come to the USA with K1 Visa.
2. Get Married within 90 days before your K1 Visa expired.
3. Submit Your Adjustment Of Status Packet to the USCIS
4. Get Biometric Schedule From USCIS
5. Attend the Green Card interview.

about k1 fiancé visa
hi there first time i put visa fee receipt number, i put the ds160 10digit barcode, &i put the case number, then i put my user name email &i put my password then i login, do i need to do this every time or only one time can you tell me please ?then now i only put username (my email &password only
it near 1month all the time say (there are currently no appointments available )is this a normal ?
& my i797 notice action expired september 14, where they extend can you tell me please 🙏

Nag file ako ng AOS Dec 2023 natanggap ko ung COMBO card ko ng Feb 2024 the Feb 22 2024 I received RFE I submit my RFE on March 1 2024 USCIS they received request response of my RFE since then my case status never change it's been 4 months now. Shall I worried or shall I inquire to USCIS?

I can't make an appointment yet. Will I receive a welcome letter from the country I'm in? After that, can I make an appointment?
