Step-by-step Process K1 visa application
1. Find out if you are eligible to apply
2. The U.S. citizen (the petitioner) files Form I-129F (correction on the Video), Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), with USCIS.
3. After USCIS approves your petition, they will transfer your case to the Department of State's National Visa Center (NVC) for pre-processing. The first step in this processing is the creation of your case in our system. Then you will receive an email of your case number
4. Fill out and submit DS160 Form electronically
5. Schedule your US Visa Embassy Interview
6.Prepare all the documents for the interview
NVC Letter : upon approval of I-129F Form
Pictures together - Print out
Medical Exam :
7. Schedule Medical Exam
8. Attend CFO Seminar

Hi po. Sa I-129F, nagbayad pa po ba kayo ng Affidavit of Support (AOS) Fee na $120? Pati yung Immigration Visa Processing Fee na $325? Yung nandun sa CEAC na website. Thank you.
