A lot of states, have an exemptions for those with photosensitivity. Call the DMV and ask for a "APPLICATION & SPECIAL PERMIT FOR EXEMPTION FROM TINTED WINDOW REQUIREMENTS" or go to your states DMV site and look for it. You can get it mailed or download it. Go to eye doctor or your regular doctor and tell him/her about your "headache" when in a brightly lit place. Get that paper signed by them and hand it to the DMV. Then you'll get your permit in the mail, go get an extremely dark tint and you're all set. PLEASE do not misuse this system though.

i have to give mad props to chris for making it that smooth...i say, just pay and have it done right unless you want to be the guy rolling down the road with bubbly tint that looks awful...its always the guy in the 93 saturn with three different color doors and fenders with the ho-made tint job and dont forget to put a plastic trash bag over the busted window

I have never used them but if they fit correctly, then they did the hardest part for you. I would give it a try, especially if it is cheap. Worse comes to worse and it doesnt look good, you take it off before it drys. Thanks for the feedback!
