One of my favourite skills is the handstand press. It takes a lot of practice to learn, but I promise you, the day your feet effortlessly lift off of the ground, you'll be so proud of all the hard work you put in.

By setting the handstand press as your goal, you'll give purpose to your flexibility, strength and handstand training, allowing you to achieve many more calisthenics skills.

This routine helps with pike press to handstand, straddle press to handstand, zombie press to handstand and more.

Also, learning to press requires serious wrist mobility; once your wrists become tired, switch to using p-bars or dumbbells.

Hey, Summer. I want to thank you, send my love to you!! One year ago, I wanted to learn how to do a pull up, so, I searched on youtube and found all kinds of programs, but non of them worked. I stopped trying and then got back. Even though I tried dozens of programs, I could not perform a pull up. Half a year later, I discovered your channel. You are so inspiring! Watching from Calgary. I can do headstands and forearm headstands, but now I'm working toward a handstand. I'm studying your routine to perfect my handstand. I want to strengthen my upper body to be able for push myself from a Headstand into an Handstand.
I have practiced yoga for many years on and off over the past 12 years. I love Zumba class as well, I took about a dozen zumba classes earlier this spring but because my job is quite physical I have been away from it until taking another zumba class last week. Next zumba class is tomorrow.

Out of a lot of Calisthenics YT channels...i think yours is very well thought out. I've seen so many YT calisthenics channels (mostly guys) give their tutorial but never like this

I was an am skateboarder in a past life, i use a wall for some of you other videos. I am never sure I am doing your workouts correctly, but I feel my core all say. I threw out my own way of static stretching and have been using your way.
