Easy apply. I can tell you as a recruiter that the time you spend filling out an application through a company's website is really not worth it. Apply to as many as you can doing easy apply and message recruiters who you want to speak with. Someone will say yes eventually.

Why you should never easy apply on LinkedIn? (video summary)

-Connect with the job poster
ask him a question about the role.
showcase your relevent experience and exprtise for the job.
express your interest about the post

-Connect with a person that is already on a similar post.
ask them their experience after connecting with them on a common ground.
they might tell you how to stand-out.
they might reccommend you as well.
