over a year ago, i started keto/paleo, i am 56, and I have become so healthy. No medications.

And these aren’t just myths these are game changers. The vegetable oil is number 1. Salt the reason you feel shitty and don’t know why usually you need some salt. I hope a lot of people see this .

One time my 80 year old aunt was staying at my house for a few days and she told me I couldn’t eat more than 3 eggs per week…. In my own house…. I have 6 eggs for breakfast every few days. She was so adamant about it I stopped eating eggs until she left.

I haven’t had fruit in 3 years. I only use onions, tomatoes and jalapeños to enhance my 6 egg omelette.

Cutting the crust off your toast will make your hair curly/will make you grow hair on your chest. The lies I grew up with. I'm so glad I know that meat heals. I just wish I could get through to my dietician about keto/carnivore.

Grains can be a healthy source of carbohydrates that have been traditionally eating for millennia when properly prepared. Fruits are eaten and sought after everyone that can get their hands on it, it's a food that wants to be eaten and tastes good to humans for a reason.

I don’t think fruit should be avoided unless you are avoiding because it personally isn’t working for you. But always pair it with protein, a bit of fat, and maybe some salt!
