Few days back, I was having hard time sleeping due to stress in life, days were difficult. Then one day, I decided that whenever I will feel distressed, I will start praying to Allah right away. After that, Alhamdulillah I am more at peace, less overthink and have a sense of happiness in me. Indeed, it's best thing! I share everything with Allah, whatever is in my heart.
And I am not so wise to understand any changes happening in my situation so far. However, I am being peaceful, putting my efforts and relying on Allah for everything.
