How to Mail Merge on Outlook Web App with CC, BCC & Attachment |Send Email from Excel PowerAutomate

In this video, you will see how to Mail Merge in Outlook Web. By following this, you can send a mail merge with an attachment, CC, and BCC.

This mail merge method will be helpful for people using the new version of the Outlook application since it doesn't have the mail merge feature.

This guide works for Microsoft 365/Office 365 and free Outlook accounts. The steps are the same, although there could be some different interfaces.

I have used Excel Online for the contacts and Microsoft OneDrive for the file attachment. Because you can not connect the offline Microsoft Word & Excel with the Outlook web online. Then, you need to create a simple (easy to follow) flow on Power Automate because Word Online does not have the mailing feature you have on the offline version.

You do not need to have any prior PowerAutomate knowledge. The steps are pretty straightforward.
1) Create a manual flow on Power Automate.
2) Connect the Excel Online for the contacts.
3) Connect Microsoft Ondrive for the attachment (when you want to send an attachment).
4) Design the email with the recipients' field, merge fields, CC & the attachment.
5) Run the flow.

Before creating the flow, you must format the contact data into a table in the Excel online file. And you have to upload the file for the email attachment to the Onedrive folder.

You can format the email body as you want. It has a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor, so the email body is yours; design it the way you like.

Additionally, you can use the BCC option; for that, you have to create a column in the Excel file with the BCC email addresses.
