I did this like twice a week, just for 3 months (sometimes not consistent) and i was able to improve my 2.4km timing from 14:16 min before to 10:29 min after!!! I did not jog once during this period! thank you jordan for making this epic workout

Yesterday I could not run because the place where I used to run was closed so I've tried this workout. Man it's insanely difficult and challenging at the same time this is the only real cardio workout that I've found on youtube.

Please, another "Killer Bodyweight Workout Vol.2 (Level 5-6)". That is my favorite ever. No abs, no push-ups, only big cardio movements perfectly assembled. That would be great to get another master class to alternate.
