Trigger Point Release in the Upper Trapezius, Levator Scapulae, and Rhomboids Using a Cane Device
Показать описание
Follow my demonstration with extensive instruction (and anatomy pix) to release tender and tight muscle knots in your neck, upper back and shoulder blades using a cane device. Brand names for the cane include Theracane, Body Back Buddy and many more. Breathwork is extra helpful with this technique - exhale as you apply pressure with the cane and visualize releasing tension.
