Good video, but I get a bit confused when I read about referred pain. What if the pain in the pec minor is actually referred pain? How do you know which other muscle(s) could also cause pain in that area? Thanks!

Thank you for the explanation. I tend to get the pain in the left side of my chest. I think in my case the pain starts usually when I am stressed. Does this make sense?

i do it, the trigger is released i do it for a minute, i stop, it's back after a few minutes.

What about for the back of the shoulder I guess I could not do it myself always tried that Cain trigger point release but it doesn’t release it
