i use my surface pro 8 because i like windows and light like real light gaming.. and watching youtube and looking things up.. I dont ever try to go over board with mine

Hi. Does the I7 throttle? Is the device hot to the touch when pushed? Is it warm in a regular use? Isn't it better to get cheaper I5 if it can sustain the performance?
