This 20-minute Butt and Gut chair workout will tone and sculpt your legs while firming up those stomach muscles. The great news is you're not standing at any point during this intense session.

You will remain seated the entire time. You will need a Donovan Green Fitness thigh band and some light dumbbells.

Got my bands little to loose, Did the workout today it help my left side having discomfort in that side of body back hips knees and leg but it feels ok right now thanks Sinsay

Question can you advise which workouts I should do in a week to hit all areas like this one on Wednesday the arms on Thursday etc… that would help me greatly keep it up you are awesome and love your can do attitude thanks

Hi Donovan just found your channel...I am looking at your chair workouts and am going to give them a try....since August I have lost 2st 9 and am feeling better but exercise is always tough to do...can you advise which is best to start with ..I like the look of the 10 minute workouts
