just now I fixed in my laptop open Nvidia control panel and in vertical sync give 'use the 3D application setting ' that's it .
I had 144hz screen and my fps got stuck on 60 but now it's gone

I got amd as my gpu, this didn’t work . I usually play more then 60 fps but for some reason today my fps is capped at 60 fps I need help with other games it doesn’t do this
