For anyone wondering, the battery boost feature isn't supported on any Nvidia graphics card that isn't part of the 10-series or older, or the 1650 and 1660Ti, as stated on Nvidia's website. I came here looking thinking it would work for me and my 3060

For those that doesn't have the battery boost option it's because it's by default, the problem is due to your pc charger, he is not recognized by your pc, just change the plug

I FIX THIS GUYS, GO TO NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL, MANAGE 3D SETTINGS, PROGRAMS SETTINS, ADD YOUR GAME THAT HAVA THIS PROBLEM, TURN OFF YOUR VERTICAL SYNC, AND SET YOUR WHISPER MODE IF ITS THERE.
