Our long time roasted chickem recipe is more or less similar to this except that we slather the outer and inner parts with olive oil and butter for a tastier and more golden skin. 😋 plus we also put a little honey in the marinade for a little kick of sweetness in the meat... not to forget a generous drizzling of freshly ground black pepper to the skin and the innards too... 🥰 i enjoy watching Ms Marjorie’s vlog... very real and authentic 👍🏻 stay blessed Ms Marj and keep the vlog coming!
