A 100% true! I also lost 30 kgs because I was only eating what my mom cooks. It’s a blessing that should be cherished whenever you get back from work, school or gym & find your mom’s cooking for you. Praying for longevity for the ones who are there & mercy upon who ever lost theirs. 🙏🏻✨
