Thanks for putting all this together! 💖 Toby at CFS Health, and Alex Howard at the Optimum Health Clinic have really helped me so much over the years. Toby was the first one that gave me hope that recovery is possible. Love them both and can highly recommend them and their programs! 😊

Many are also using DNRS and EMDR~ more brain & behavior & psychological type trainings that touch the body~ either added to their personal program or exclusively ~it’s amazing really what is actually out there so thank you for showing all of these programs and medical supports!

How come Dr Sarah Myhill in the UK didn't get a mention, she also tries to deal with the root causes and has put her protocol in her books. She has a massive waiting list because she gets results.

OMG I have ADHD and CFS and when you put your ‘finger glasses’ on and started doing silly tongue noises, I was like woah wake up, you haven’t listened to anything for a few mins now! Thanks it was super helpful 😂

that was funny, you went from vertical stripes to horizontal stripes!!! lol. I like the sound of the HHP protocol. Sounds very similar to what some FM trained doctors are doing. I know Frank Lipman has 7 health coaches on his team...in Aus I think. In the US, Parsley Health does similar. I think I would look at Parsley Health first...they are really on the leading edge, they even have a 'membership' pay structure.

I can hear the disdain in your voice as you go over some of these options lol

Great info! And you are adorable 🥰. Love the wake-up calls 🤣. Just a shout-out about CFS Health...they have a YouTube channel I've found super helpful and encouraging. Like you, Raelen, Toby Morrison recovered from ME/CFS and that was the impetus for starting the program, to help others. If memory serves, his was a pretty severe case...anyway, well worth checking out.

It was also good to hear about the Bateman Clinic as i live within 30 min of them. Im not much into symptom management. I have been part of a 4 yr study they are running though.

Since you're well plugged into the ME/CFS community, you'll no doubt be aware of the controversial nature of the NICE protocol and GET (which you mention as part of the Liverpool bonus option). It might be helpful to add a warning that the general experience of patients is that GET does not help and can cause serious and sometimes permanent setbacks. (unlike adaptive pacing which you generally advocate which does help).

The bonus options really only seem plausible in my opinion lol

On the question “what would you like to see in future videos?”, I was thinking a fun and helpful one could be to crowdsource energy-saving hacks. Like ask fifteen people to share their top energy-saving hack, especially creative ones that others are less likely to have thought of.
