Explanation: A lot of folks try to grow their rear delts with face pulls but for some reason pull towards their chest. Instead - try having the rope slightly above you and pull towards your face. Squeeze at the end of each rep then repeat. I like to do these while kneeling because it just feels more natural for me, but you can do them standing as well!
