There Is No Reality, Everything Is A Dream

People don't seem to understand exactly what he means by saying that life is a dream. Our life experiences appear to us in the same way that dreams present themselves to us. We see images, hear sounds, feel touches, tastes and smells, and they come and go, like a dream. The difference is that we make sense of that in a logical way, giving names to it and saying that "this" came before "that" etc. when in fact it's just one continuous flow of experience. Constantly witnessing what's being exposed to us as consciousness. This is relevant because it allows us to see life and daily situations in a detached way, understanding that we're not this body and mind, and that no experience is forever. In practical terms, this leads to less stress, less conflicts, less worries, more peace and meaning and more resilience/ patience to achieve our goals.

Of course everything is transient but it doesn’t mean that it was not real at one point in time

Last week I broke my leg.

I am still suffering with this and will probably suffer for a while until it heals, but then the osteoarthritis will probably affect me in the future.
For the mother, whose child was perhaps, murdered that nightmare will continue for decades

So often our lives can be defined by our transient. What do you call dreams

But the consequences of past lingering and We realise yesterday but it's consequence. Not all are dream, it is dream like. Every moment of past has affected its future. We are here because of the past. It is a dream like reality. Even if you're drunk, every moment is real. Even Dream may be real. If you cheat your mind, all are dreams. For the rest of the world it all real. In reality, it is all real.

I love hearing words in this context, it always makes me feel present and less fear of death.

However, I “feel” one big part is not being mentioned here. Every word, every experience sits with me- one way or another.

I may not recall every experience viscerally. But some I can. And for those memories I can not even recall, they lie there, dormant. And sometimes they pop up.

So everything that happened in my past, curates me.

Is this Nobel young gentleman misplacing this truth or am I missing something?
