Ooooh, the praying part, I forgot about that

I am sooo glad to have someone my age here, it seems as most youtubers are either much younger or much older. Thanks for being an inspiration always <3

Meanwhile me at 16: go to the toilet 3 times before I leave the house ("just in case")

I'm 29 now but I've always just taken the first km easy. Seems to be the best warm up

Long form follow along video about this would go hard. I am in pain and need more recovery tools

Sh*t, I’ve not been praying for joints. Explains my hip problems I’ve had for a year now!

That probably what kept me running on a osteo a hip as long as I did. The older I got the longer my warmup and cool down got. 😂

Joined the XC team at my school recently and practiced running today!! (About 5 miles but spaced out not all at once.) Hoping to be like you someday!!!

51 and just go out and run. The track workouts though do have quite a bit of warming up and drills which is good.

Ha ha, you have no idea 🥴. Marathon running in my 60’s. 😂

Hate to tell you but it just gets even more extensive🤣 at 41 it sometimes feels like it takes me longer to get my body ready to run than the time I spend actually running😂🤣😂🤣😂

I used to run XC and track in high school and now I’m 26. I used to take stretching lightly but now it’s an absolute MUST before and after.

I'm 38 and can relate in many levels. Plus I add voodoo floss to the routine

Hm, I'm 48 and do the 18yo routine 😂. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but so far it seems to be working. No injuries (started running at 103 kg now down to 80). Had some shin splints at some point so I used a little roller thingy for a few weeks which got rid of them.

At 33, running the first 20 min or so like an absolute grandpa is critical. After that I can run like I'm 18...

... *cough* in spirit.

Yep! I’m 55. Definitely takes longer to get moving now.

Where is that small roller from?? I need that LOL!

You are also making me want to start training for running so I can be like you when I’m older

I'm pretty sure I remember reading that distance runners typically peak around 27. 😂
