Me personally I have a little thing called severe gastrointestinal issues, no I’m not diagnosed with anything but every single time I eat something I immediately feel sick after and have to go to the bathroom. I then proceed to try to go to the bathroom and more often than not, I fail. I’ve tried eating healthy and it still destroys my stomach. Idk what it is but I got something wrong with me 😭

I do low carb or else my weight goes up. I do low carb or else lactic acid builds up during runs and ruins my performance.

The Africans somehow can manage high mileage on a high carb low-fat diet, including fruits and vegetables. Maybe they have slower metabolisms? But in the US, guys especially eat a lot of greasy and processed foods to keep up their calories. I couldnt do that as I need the nutrients in fruits and vegetables to heal well and recover and processed/greasy foods make me tired and cause health issues. Honestly both of my coaches in high school and college ended up with quadruple bypass surgeries from their diets. So even if you are very thin, they were, I would keep an eye on cardiovascular health. You really dont want a heart attack, trust me. Lost a few people already. But otherwise if it works for you, enjoy. Just it might not later on.
