What I like to do as a bodybuilder myself, is I put half my meals in the fridge & the other half in the freezer. During the week once I get down to the last 3 meals I will take the remaining meals out from the freezer. This keeps my meals fresh

Don't strain ground beef, you're tossing away good beef stock and some protein, just continue cooking the beef and it'll reduce and evaporate the water, concentrating the beef flavor.

Throwing in 0 - low cal sauces in that slow cooker with chicken, like a vinager 0 sugar bbq or even just a jar of salsa makes it 🔥🔥🔥🔥

6+ hours / tear it up and then let it rest with sauces for another 30 mins+ on warm

Every week for the last 8 months or so and still loving it
