So far the most insightful and simple vegan out there that I've come across. I'm a vegan also. I've had some trouble with coming up with meal ideas and things have gotten quite bland but this has been a huge help. Thank you! I subscribed.

Beans, rice, and potato's have always been my favorite foods. Even from before I went vegan:) Great video!

Favourite vegan meal .
I blend up Two cloves of garlic and about a tin of tomatoes some cayenne pepper, add that to some kidney beans and peppers and cook it for about 10 minutes and serve over wholegrain rice .

Also a tip for vegan bodybuilders . Cook large batches of rice and lentils together . Its a complete protien . Add some garlic mushrooms or some chilli beans and you are beast moding the gym like a crazy gorilla with a barbell fetish .

favourite vegan meal is definitely curry with lentils. I add some broccoli, snap peas and sweet potato. My it is good

Hello! I am downloading the app you suggested in the video atm. I have a few questions: Do you make all your preps for the week in one cooking? Because I see that in your video you're making 4/5 meals...that just seem enough for one day..? How much does it cost you for your training food per week approximatively? Thanks for the answers! The kidney beans over here are about 70 carbs in 1 can with maybe 20 grams of protein. The carbs add up real quick

Hey bro I have a question, I saw ur grocery shop haul and was very cheap but if you most of the food in one day, how often do you go to the grocery store? Wouldn't you spend more money by having to go multiple times for a set of meals for a day. Please respond and appreciate it 😀
