Cucumber salad Ingredients:
½ Lettuce (150 g) (I used iceberg lettuce)
1 cucumber (100 g)
3-4 radishes (150 g)
½ yellow bell pepper (90 g)
Broccoli (180 g)
A small bunch of green onion (20 g)
Sesame seeds 1 tsp (5 g)
Special dressing ingredients:
Greek yogurt 3 tbsps (60 g)
Lemon juice 1 tbsp (7 g)
Beetroot 50 g (baked and grated)
Garlic powder ½ tsp (2 g)
Salt 1 tsp (4 g)
Cucumber salad recipe:
First, chop the lettuce and put in a bowl.
Slice the cucumber into rounds and add it to the lettuce.
Chop the radish, bell pepper, broccoli, and green onion and add them to the bowl.
To prepare the special dressing, Mix Greek yogurt, baked beetroot, lemon juice, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Enjoy your delicious salad.
