Ingredients (serving size 2-3)

Cucumber(s): 450 g or 16 oz
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Sugar: 2 tsp
Soy Sauce: 1 tsp
Rice Vinegar: 2 1/2 to 3 tbsp
Sesame Oil: 1 tsp
Chili Oil: 1 tsp + garnish
Thai Chili Pepper or Bird's Eye Chili: 1
Sesame Seeds: 1/2 tsp + garnish

EXCELLENT! As a tip for serving time: Do not squeeze and mix the cucumber slices until you are ready to serve. Keep them refrigerated until it's time. Squeeze them as instructed, mix with the sauce, then serve immediately. That way, as mentioned, the salad will not become too vinegary.

I guessed the measurements as I made a smaller serving, SO GOOD 10/10 WILL MAKE EVERYDAY WHEN I GET BACK FROM SCHOOL

Since moving to Sweden i cant tell you how much i miss my local chinese place called " Keen Wah Kitchen", best place in NY. Then I found you and you made this separation less painful- Thank you millions. All your recipies are easy to make and fantastic. This little salad taste heavenly.I am looking forward to more recipes especially salad ideas.
