You literally feel 10 years younger within a month of carnivore. As someone who did strict veggie for 5 years, there is no contest. The difference is night and day. Peace and love dr. Baker, thank you.

Just turned 60 a couple days ago. I had a significant mountain bike crash ( on pavement)just under 8 months ago. Among my injuries are completely blown out AC joint in my right should. Collar bone practically broke through the skin above that joint and was dislodged at my sternum. By the time I was able to see the orthopaedic surgeon, about 3-4 weeks later, it had already started to mend and reattach. I was in an immobilization sling up until that visit. My doctor said “ let’s give it a few more weeks and see how well you do”. Surgery is always an option after if it doesn’t heal well. I had 4 crushed ribs, damaged ilium, the muscle on the side of my hip area was torn away from the bone! I took a few stitches to the side of my head and had several lacerations on my face. My right elbow was a mess, and the lacerations and damage there were extensive. I had big cuts on my hands and knees etc. I was a real friggen mess! I was already a Doc Baker fan and had already started a mainly carnivore lifestyle. My incredible wife took care of me like an angel and fed me steady diet of meat 🥩 and lots of it. All the doctors said it will be at least a year to heal these injuries. As soon as I could walk a little, I did. In a little circle in the house first and then on the front lawn. Kept eating meat, eggs, fish etc and steadily made progress. I am ecstatic to tell you that I now have joined a gym. On my birthday, I did 40 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes on the stair machine( that thing will get your heart going) burning 660 calories combined. I can use light dumbbells ( 20lbs) and do all sorts of exercises, very slowly and carefully. I can also hang on a bar now for 20 seconds with my feet off the floor!! Eat meat people, especially us older folks. Move move and move some more and do as much resistance training as you can! Little by little, you will improve. I can’t imagine being as strong as DR B, but I can imagine being a heck of a lot stronger than I am now. Thank you Sir, for all the inspiration and information, not to mention leading us by example!! You are awesome and I appreciate all that you are doing, immensely. ❤

I want to let Shawn baker know that I appreciate the 5 minute videos. Information without endless chit chatter. Concise and to the point information.

Format and editing are pretty good here. This is the type of vid that can be shared outside of the Carnivore community and start to hit home with our normie peers. Excited to see this sort of thing develop further.

Day 20 Carnivore Month breakfast was 8 eggs, 2 140g beef patties and 2 cans of water packed sardines. A litre of water and a cup of black coffee to wash it all down and to get ready to hit the mat to roll with some friends this afternoon. Love the new videos Doc.

You do a good job of reading from your show notes and getting the point across don't stop making the not scripted videos

I like where you are going with the new format, but here are my thoughts: 1) I like the text on the screen because it is helpful and reiterates your point. 2) The backgrounds are too distracting and change too often. 3) Some of the food shown could be triggering to some people (like the pastries) - I don't need, nor want, to see this on a carnivore channel. To be honest, I think the charm of your channel is that there is a lot of substance without a lot of flash -- you just don't need it. Since your videos are so short and concise, I'd like to see about 75% less of the graphics so I can focus on you and the message. I feel like I need to replay this video, with audio only, to fully grasp all of the good info you discussed. I don't mind the humor that was injected, but to be honest, I think it detracts from your message a bit.

I’ve always loved your videos but I’m really enjoying your newest ones. Still great information with a little laugh mixed in. Thank you for all you do to keep us informed.

Thanks Dr Baker for the great info. I would like to add increased T to your list. In July '21 my T was 168 ng/dL (below the standard range; not unexpected for a 59 y.o.). Since carnivore over a year ago, my Dec. '22 T result was 655, well within the upper end of the standard range. I'm completely fat-adapted and run 100 miles a week on fat, water & electrolytes (plus I do kettlebells & battle ropes daily). Did I mention I'm 60 y.o. now? Thanks for all you do. Cheers

I prefer this video editing. Delicious background, short relatable undistracting clips, bold letters on screen helps to memorize/taking notes

Thanks so much as always! (ps, I’m not a fan of overlaid music as it’s always distracting for me)

I spoke to my good friend in Sri Lanka recently. His Doctor has put him on metformin for type 2 diabetes and his dietary advice has been to eat red rice instead of white and not to eat much red meat..
Needless to say I told him that he needs to seek better sources of information. I will send him this easily digestible video. Thanks Dr Baker

I've always wondered why dont meat producers/grocery stores put vitamin/mineral info on their meat/poutry packages?

Really like the new look and information. Suggestion; move your cue, cards level with the camera lens so you will be looking and talking to your audience. You have always made great eye contact and it’s strange to see you looking down to read your material. I truly appreciate you Dr. Baker. God bless.

I'm increasing my meat from 1.5 to 2 lbs a day and letting go of dairy and bread. I like the headlines of video to highlight points. Love that you reference.
