When I make a quicker-than comfortable Decision to an emergency situation that's a total Life change... and it turns out 10x+ Better than I or anyone else Expected. Since this has happened to me multiple times in the last decade, I assume my superpowers were working, even when I couldn't reach them consciously. I call it the Fortunate Series of seemingly unfortunate events 😂. Longtime friends are amazed by my foresight-- new ones think I'm using magic, or I'm just Lucky. My goals are simply to be Secure, Healthy and Happy. These days, I do feel lucky, but know I have somehow created the Best Luck myself.

My friends also wont play battleship with me because last time i hit every ship before my friend made a single move

Watching Psych vids like this with my coffee every morning and then listening to my favorite metalheads and goths while I get stuff done is what helps get me back in to my sensory reality where I can work to manifest dreams. Gratitude is the attitude to keep in front of your eyes at all times. Hunting and wrestling with my cat helps, too.

Hope is temperamental and will evaporate. Your initial observations were most likely true. The only way to make change and advancement in your situation is personal action to make the changes in your present situation. Nothing will change until you act to move forward. There is no such thing as mental manifestation of wishes. Act and make changes in your life - both short term and long term. Peace, my siblings.

I love the last part because when I found out how to be happy it was when I had nothing. I gave up everything. And in a way I started fighting for myself. Even though I was at zero percent. It was MY zero percent. And no one was gonna stop me from where I wanted to go. 4% is a great number because I tend to try to do too much too fast. My thing right now is just try to improve 1 thing at a time.

Interesting you mentioned music and it does contribute to or validate attitude and feelings.. The song can put us in a very good mood or a very bad one. One moment we can be listening to "Three Little Birds" by Bob Marley and go to "Don't Follow" by Alice in Chains. Hope for everyone you can shift to the happier song.

It's all about the happy hormones. If you can find activities that trigger them, then you can incorporate those activities more. I am lucky enough to work a job that makes me feel very accomplished and like my work matters. This is of course after being in therapy for years. The advice in this video would've been helpful at the start!

I have some morning rituals to help cope when I get up.  (I'm not a morning person. ) I get the idea now that I am becoming my"my type" of infj.

I especially appreciated your emphasis on gratitude. That makes a big difference.  I do a lot of EFT tapping and some of the best meditations that I use deal with gratitude. I've also found out that people appreciate it when you express your gratitude for having them in your life.

I constantly want to do new things and be grateful for and  improve what I've got, just as you mentioned near the end of this video.  I really related to this one - and I already like all of your videos.  🙂

I felt this exactly. Ive been stuck for abt two months and now Im doing better.

Sometimes we just have to trust the process. Keep moving forward no matter how slow it seems to be.

Your so right. I need to just be happy. I have expenses down to $40, 000.00 but income after tax income cash flow is at $72, 000.00. Thats $32, 000.00 extra per year even after donating $8, 000.00 per year to charity. Life is awesome its time for me to accept that :):):):):):):):).
