Fantastic video, I lift weights 2-3x/week and enjoy fasting, frequent OMAD (2-3x weekly), weekly 48 hr fasting, quarterly 3-day. Feel 👍 and wouldn’t go back…ty again

I like your cleaning the house comparison. I’m just about finished a 72 hour Fast. I’m hoping to do this once a month. Otherwise I do a 20 hour daily Fast.

I did a 55 DAY water only fast last year. I feel like I did miracles for my health. No food, no calories for almost TWO MONTHS. I had so much energy, my hunger was completely gone and mind was super clear and sharp! I didn’t lose any muscle. My muscles kept super strong! I didn’t need any kind of medical supervision. I only took in electrolytes, vital sea salt, trace minerals and magnesium. None of these had any calories at all.

Great timing - just starting a 48hr fast (at 16hrs) after not doing any fasting for months. Good to have a reminder of the benefits. Glad you mentioned the exercise when fasting because I've often done a massive workout on day 2 and then had to break the fast because of instant hunger at < 48 hrs. Nothing but walking this time.

Enjoyed watching this video as you have a lot of great info. Sure wish you would do a video of your own story which would be of interest to me and I’m sure a great deal of people. Especially photos of yourself 100lbs heavier and what you did and the mistakes along the way. I am one month into my 100lb weight loss journey and love to see and hear others to learn by and to keep motivated. Keep up the great videos.

Hey thank you for the video and information. I have intermittent fasted in the past 16-8 and I did see a lot of improvements. however between injury, pain and bad habits I am starting again. I am on day 4 of omad FYI down 19 pounds. and I want to try a 36 hr fast this week. Wed. I feel I really need to dive way deep as my current health is in a very very bad place.
Just wanted to try and connect with others to hopefully have others to connect with.

I do intermittent fasting by skipping breakfast permanently. About 16 to 18 hours no food. Periodically, longer water fasts. Tried different lengths, up to 5 days. Lately, 48 to 60 hours about twice a month. Lifting weights 2 times a week. I don't eat sugar, do eat fruits Feel fine.

I'm doing rolling 48's. One large meal every 48 hrs. I didn't end up eating a ton on my meal after 48 hrs. 2 large sausage and egg burritos and a corn dog. Didn't even break 1 days calorie intake.

I use the supplement called hydroglyph it a game change it even when you're doing a 24-hour or 48 hour fast you won't lose no muscle because the ingredients in here it's very powerful

False on type 1 not being able to fast. My son has done shorter fasts, 24 hours or less and he is fine.
