How do I define difference between if I were in Paris or if I had been in Paris

"I should have asked him to come tomorrow.
I could have asked him to come tomorrow
I would have asked him to come tomorrow."

I believe they're all correct depending on the context. Are my correct.

Can you also explain when to use will and would.
E.g. I will be going to work tomorrow
I would be going to work tomorrow.
Which one is more appropriate to use.
Thanks

Can I say : If I was in Paris last weekend, I would have gone to an art gallery ?

I should like to go to Paris = old-fashioned; I would like to go... = modern. Po polsku? Ja mam iść do Paryża?
