Hi Tak, I enjoy your cooking but I was wondering whether you wouldn't mind me sharing some feedback? This video was 10min 12 secs but only about 35% related to the actual cooking of the dish and the other content was ancillary which you have dedicated other videos to such as which wok to use etc but I find that you repeat it in every video. If you wouldn't mind streamlining the ancillary content then you're actual cooking content can be a quite short and punchy 3-5 min cooking video.

As I said, it's just feedback but I hope it gives you motivation to keep going.
