One Rep Max Test 2021 | Strength Goals

In this video, I show my 2021 one rep maxes for ohp/overhead press, squat, bench press, and deadlift. I've included how much I've progressed from last year in January 2020.

I am surprised at my current numbers. I wasn't training for strength throughout 2020, and I had an ACL reconstruction, so I was pleasantly surprised at my lifts.

In 2021, I'm going to be focusing on training for strength and seeing how strong I can get.

Intro: 0:00
OHP: 0:06
Squat: 0:31
Bench: 0:48
Deadlift: 1:09

My goals for 2021 are to reach:
OHP - 70kg
Squat - 120kg
Bench - 95kg
Deadlift - 160kg

Check out the description for my 2021 strength goals! I'm focusing on training for strength this year, so I think I'll be able to reach them with hard work :D
