I honestly think it would be this moreover

Strength:Boros (Highly doubt he can kick someone to the moon)

Speed:Blast (Kept up with Cosmic Garou who is faster than Boros)

Durability:Boros (Blast hasn't been hit yet so that's a variable and considering Boros has higher strength feats might as well go with this for now + Regeneration)

IQ/Knowledge:Blast (Has cosmic knowledge similar to Garou)

BIQ:Boros/Blast (Boros for sure has more experience and has been in countless battles while Blast is very quick to adapting and can apply his cosmic knowledge to his fights.)

Abilities:Blast (Telepathy, Dimensional Manipulation + Space-time Manipulation), Cosmic Awareness.)

Stamina:Blast (Remember Boros used all he had fighting Saitama, which I'm sure Blast is capable of producing and dealing with fat greater amounts of energy.)

Winner:Blast Low-Mid Diff (I don't see a way for Boros to deal with his dimensional portals or overpower him. Blast is realistically stronger than Monster Garou and Cosmic Garou when he first appeared, possibly even further out as he was still able to keep up while he was being mimicked and Garou is capable of making the techniques he copies stronger.)

People here arguing that if it's Blast, Garou or Saitama in the prophecy to fight Boros. Its none of those. Its Mumen Rider the number 1 Class C hero.

Boros is most likely young Blast level since the prophecy said there was a warrior on Earth that could MATCH him, which Saitama didn’t, he just dominated him. So he was most likely sent to fight a younger blast, would definitely lose to current Blast though.

For those who dont think blast wins boros here Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics,  Self-Sustenance (Type 1),  Energy Manipulation (Is shown channeling energy through his arms),  Teleportation (Of himself,  others, and objects),  Dimensional Travel (It has been stated by Tatsumaki that Blast can move to other dimensions), possibly Telepathy (When he put his hand on Tatsumaki's head, he saw a vision of Fubuki and was able to tell that this was her sister),  Spatial Manipulation, possibly Flight (Was able to control his body's momentum after being blown back in outer space),  BFR (Transported Garou and Saitama into space.[1] Transferred Garou's attacks into the sky[2]),  Cosmic Awareness (Sensed Garou distorting space from a different dimension),  Sealing (Attempted to trap Garou in a separate dimension[2]),  Gravity be able to replicate Garou's usage of the Gravity Knuckle to absorb attacks[1]),  Space-Time Manipulation (Stated by Sitch to have the ability to manipulate space-time. Could fight God, whom no other heroes without that ability can Manipulation (Unaffected by Garou's cosmic radiation aura[2])
Attack Potency: Multi-Solar System level (Sent an early Awakened Garou flying and harmed him[2] with his blows)
Speed: At least FTL, likely far higher (Landed various strikes on Awakened Garou and countered[2] his attacks. Casually blitzed Flashy Flash while dodging his fastest Punches in slow motion and reacted to them before they collided[1])
Lifting Strength: Unknown, likely at least Class G (Brought Elder Centipede to the brink of death. Should be stronger than Dragon level threats)

Durability: Multi-Solar System level (He can survive the explosion of Serious Punch²[4]); at most Multi-Solar System level, possibly Galaxy level with Spatial Manipulation (Held the Garou for a limited amount of time)

Abilities and Stamina should go to Blast considering he's feat against Cosmic Garou, Boros was already panting just by a short amount of time of using Meteoric Burst and most of his Abilities are just energy manipulation/blasts
