This looks so good! I would make it with ricotta, feta cheese or blue cheese, and egg mixed together as a filling. It tastes amazing!

I love the cheese wontons at my local chineese buffet, but they are fried. Love that these are baked! Love all the great creations you show us! Have you had any reciepues that yu tired that came out awful? I am intimidated by herbs and spices-do you think you could do a video about them? how each one tastes (esp if it has any heat, since I dont tolerate that) and how to use it....
