In response to that first thing who was putting on clown makeup. About 20 years ago there was a trend going around where young parents were saying they weren't gonna discipline their kids, they weren't gonna yell at them, and they were gonna just guide them. And everyone laughed and said "I can't wait to see how this turns out in 20 years." Here we are 20 years later and those kids who were raised without discipline are the ones who are selfish brats, who want loan forgiveness, who don't want to work, they're the women who say they don't follow traditional gender rolls which is just code for them saying they're lazy and want men to do everything for them.

I do have to say that if someone is scheduling a meeting during my lunch, they better be prepared for me to bring my food and eat it while I listen. Most meetings are useless, if not actively anti-productive. I'm not missing my food to listen to what could've been an email.
