ALDI in Australia actually treats its suppliers quite well compared to local competitors and are well known for being fair. ALDI coming to Australia was a massive game changer and broke the monopoly held by two major supermarkets chains.This video plays on the same fears/rumours that were said in the media when ALDI first arrived here. I go to Aldi's all the time. While I have found a few items I did not care for, overall they save me a ton of money, and overall, the quality is superb. Shopping at more than one store is the way to get the best and cheapest products, as each store has it's good qualities. I tell everyone about Aldi's.

Aldi is an excellent shop, and has really good ethics compared to a lot of retailers here in Europe.But they are still operating a business, so dont expect too much! Great produce, especially if you dont insist on the cheapest option, they sell a lot of well known brands cheaper than other shops, aside from their own brand.

I get most of my groceries here before going to another. I save so much money, and the food has no problems. Even at regular grocery stores there are generic types too that are more expensive. They are very friendly at the Aldi that I go to.

So Aldi is bad because they are not the cheapest price with everything... but Aldi is also bad because their some Dairy and Produce is too inexpensive and hurts farmers. Yeah.
