How to Enable XMP RAM

What is an XMP Profile and why are they used?

XMP (Extreme Memory Profiles) is a technology that allows you to change memory settings by selecting a different profile, which takes advantage of higher than standard memory speeds. Simply stated, XMP is the "easy button" of RAM overclocking, as manual RAM overclocking can be an unnecessary headache!

Thanks, although this is manually adjusting the ram.
To truly enable XMP, simply go to search bar and search for XMP, enable it, Boom, XMP is on for MSI mother board.

There are 4 options for 3200 Mhz: 3200(24x100.00x1.33)G1 and G2 3200(32x100.00x1.33)G1 and G2
WHICH OPTION DO I CHOOSE IN THE BIOS?
