I love my keurig coffee and usually 2 a morning. I buy costco summit roast. Brew on the 4th button. After 2 cups I rerun the used k cups on the smallest setting and get a bonus cup!

I love cooking double the amount on things, that way I’m only using my oven/stove every other day. All those cents and dollars add up ! ☺️

The things I've found that saves me the most is meal planning and making sure there's as little food waste as possible was horrified when I actually realised how much food I was throwing away each week when I didn't have a plan and just bought what I thought I might use common sense really but taken me a while to get it 😅

I bring my lunch to work, that goes for coffee grounds and the coffee I make in the morning. I buy a big bag of mixed vegetables or if it's cheaper I buy full size ( carrots, broccoli, onion) and chop them down and freeze them.

Leftovers are definitely a money saving hack (and honestly, sometimes it tastes better the next day 😄).

making my own coffee, tea, eat leftovers, freeze any perishables not immediately used, freeze leftovers saves a lot.
avoid sales if you don't need the item.
inventory your home.know exactly what you have and how much prevents food waste.

stop shopping for entertainment

use a list, and stick to it.not on list, not in cart.simple.

check finances daily to make sure there's no discrepancy.

pay bills on time and in full

stop obsessing over who has what.that ain't none of your business.

I make coffee and eat leftovers and work a part time so I get a week ly pay check and trie to keep my Bill's low Christmas I had some gifts from last year never use I I regifted

I would say, get a planner and write in it, all the things you need to do for the week. You will feel happier and organized.

Yes, I enjoy a homemade cappuccino virtually every day. We eat at home and leftovers 95% of the time

We have actually cut out coffee (sort of). Joel’s cardiologist told him that he needed to, so he did. After I finished drinking the rest of the coffee, I didn’t buy anymore. So now, I only have coffee if we are on the road. But you know since I work at home, that’s rare. 👍

/check Buy Nothing group for good/items (got free coffee and oranges, making marmelade right now!)

Was so happy many years when my ex's Mr. Coffee conked out. Lived in Florida and the smell of his terrible coffee that the smell nauseated me, would circulate through the air conditioning in our apt waking me up nauseated. He was stubborn. Ended up I gifted him an electric percolator. The electric costs were noticably less expensive to run and also, noticable less use of coffee grounds. It was a huge 'win win' because he enjoyed the good old fashioned roadhouse taste of coffee, and I did not mind waking up to that smell either. Btw. Coffee is generally too high in my caffeine tolerance levels, so my morning hot beverage is tea, usually a no caffeine herbal and my fav is a good hot chocolate mix that I usually will buy a darker chocolate and add in powdered milk for my older age need of Vitamin D and Calcium intake or add ice cream. Sometimes oat milk.

I believe that home made coffee can be up to one dollar in comparison to $9.99 out and above. Yes, my morning coffee is about. I take mine with a sugar substitute, lacaid milk, and mild .

Great advice Dawn! Good to check finances daily. Just found something that somehow I got on auto ship for??? I hadn’t signed up for that so was fortunate to have caught it.
